Thomas Strouse is the Founder and CEO of Strouse Energy Advisory. Originally from central Pennsylvania in the US, he has significant experience working in the global oil and gas sector. After serving as a Dubai-based Middle East oil and gas journalist with Energy Intelligence, Strouse moved to the industry side by joining DNO ASA, the Norwegian oil and gas company focused on the Middle East and North Sea regions. With DNO, Strouse has served as the Head of Market Analysis, advising executive management on key industry, political and security developments, plus related market intelligence, which could impact the company’s upstream operations. Strouse relocated from Norway to the US in 2021 and has since established Strouse Energy Advisory.
